Quick, Clear, and Reliable Process
Easy & Fast Loan Application
The financing process with FTF begins with the application submission, where students provide personal details, requested loan amounts, and necessary documents. After an initial review by a loan officer, conditional approval may be granted, or additional information may be requested. Once financing terms are agreed upon, the student electronically signs a contract, enabling them to start their flight training.
Training begins with any initial deposit covering the first lessons. Invoices are generated based on completed lessons, with unused hours carrying over. After student approval, FTF reviews and processes payments directly to the flight school.

Stage II: Training Record Process (Post Contract Signing)
01
Training Commencement
- The student begins flight training.
- Any initial deposit made by the student will be used to cover the initial training flights. Once the deposit is exhausted, the issued loan funds will be activated.
02
Invoice Creation
- The student takes lessons as per the contract, which caps the number of lessons per week. For instance, if the contract stipulates two lessons of two hours each per week, the student must not exceed this limit.
- If the total training hours are not utilized in a week, they carry over to the following week. For example, if the student only completes one two-hour lesson in the first week (out of the contracted two lessons totaling four hours), the remaining two-hour lesson will carry over to the next week, resulting in three lessons (six hours) for that week.
- After each flight or ground training session, the school creates and submits an invoice on the FTF portal.
03
Invoice Review and Approval
- The student receives an email notification of the submitted invoice and reviews it on the portal, either approving or rejecting it.
- Upon student approval, the invoice moves to the next step for FTF approval.
- FTF reviews and approves the invoice.
04
Payment
- Once the invoice is approved by FTF, the payment is made directly to the school.
